CommerceUplift:

Empowering Brands to Scale & Grow

Scaling Black & Underrepresented Entrepreneurs

in the Flint Hills & Beyond

As an affiliate of the Kauffman FastTrac program, Black Entrepreneurs of the Flint Hills proudly offers CommerceUplift—a 12-week business acceleration experience designed for entrepreneurs who are already selling and ready to grow.

CommerceUplift is built for founders who didn’t have access to traditional resources or formal business training when they started—but moved forward anyway. Whether you launched through hustle, community support, or pure determination, this program meets you at the point where your business is real, active, and generating revenue, but needs stronger structure to reach the next level.

This program is designed for entrepreneurs who:

  • Started without a formal business plan but took action and launched

  • Have validated their product or service through real customers and sales

  • Are ready to move beyond survival mode and into intentional growth

  • Want to strengthen their foundation, build systems, and increase consistency

  • Are prepared to scale their business into new markets, retail opportunities, or expanded operations.
