Making Sense of the Chaos: Sade Wright’s Commerce Uplift Story

For entrepreneurs, building a business can sometimes feel like trying to organize a room without knowing where to start. There are ideas to sort through, decisions to make, and plans to put in place. Sometimes, the hardest part is figuring out how all the pieces fit together.

For Sade Wright, founder of Organized Chaos Consulting LLC, helping people find order is at the heart of her work. As a home, office, and digital organizer, Sade helps people create systems that work for their individual needs. While organization can certainly be aesthetically pleasing, she believes it’s about more than appearances. It’s about function and finding what works for you.

Through Commerce Uplift Cohort 3, Sade had the opportunity to apply that same kind of clarity and structure to her own business.

Traveling from Salina, KS to participate in the 12-week program, Sade came ready to strengthen her business foundation. One of the most valuable parts of the experience was breaking down the business plan into manageable pieces, helping her work through areas she had previously struggled to tackle.

“The most valuable part is the break down of the business plan,” Sade shared.

That practical approach made a meaningful difference. When reflecting on her experience, Sade reported feeling much more confident in understanding her business model, identifying her target customers, making pricing decisions, managing business finances, exploring funding options, and making strategic decisions as a business owner.

For Sade, Commerce Uplift wasn’t just about learning business concepts. It was about gaining the confidence to put that knowledge to work.

Turning Clarity Into Action

With a stronger foundation in place, Sade is looking ahead to the next stage of growth for Organized Chaos Consulting. Her primary business goal is to build a steady clientele.

She’s also identified a practical next step: refining her business pitch to more clearly communicate the services she offers.

Being able to explain what you do and how you help people is an important part of connecting with the right customers. For a business centered on helping people find organizational systems that work for them, communicating that value clearly is another step toward reaching the people who could benefit from Sade’s services.

As she continues building her business, Sade also sees value in ongoing marketing and branding support, accountability sessions, and opportunities to network and develop connections with other entrepreneurs.

The Value of Growing Together

Beyond the business planning and practical tools, Sade appreciated the community she found in Commerce Uplift. She described the overall experience as “literally one of the best experiences” she’s had, explaining that the program helped her work through business challenges she had struggled to tackle on her own.

“After this I have so much more confidence in my business!” she shared.

That confidence is an important part of the program’s impact. Entrepreneurship often means learning as you go, and having the space to ask questions, work through challenges, and learn alongside other entrepreneurs can make the process feel more manageable.

As Sade works toward building a steady clientele and communicating her services more clearly, she’s carrying forward more than a business plan. She’s leaving Commerce Uplift with a stronger foundation and greater confidence in the decisions that will shape her business’s next chapter.

We’re grateful Sade made the trip from Salina to be part of Cohort 3, and we look forward to seeing what’s next for Organized Chaos Consulting!
