Mama Rhoda’s

Mama Rhoda is a licensed traveling caterer who makes her own hot sauce and entrees at the customer’s request. She prepares food from her heart and specializes in southern dishes such as greens, potato salad red beans and rice. Her top two entrees are gumbo and jambalaya.
