Returned to school full-time while continuing to manage the salon, reflecting personal and professional growth
Looking Ahead
Kiondra is exploring ways to streamline operations, including hiring a dedicated receptionist and implementing a self-checkout system for her retail section. She’s also interested in continued coaching, trainings, and opportunities to engage with other entrepreneurs through BEFH programs.
